Angela Holland

Admission Director

Angela Holland, a native to the Huntsville area, graduated from Bob Jones High School in Madison; before going on to receive her Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, where she studied Business Marketing. After graduating from Auburn, Angela sought out many volunteering opportunities while raising and homeschooling her four children; Elora, Corbin, Jacob & Henry. Prior to joining The Cottage team Angela worked in retail marketing & management. Angela finds enjoyment in working alongside families in North Alabama to achieve the best care and quality of life for their senior loved ones.

Member Services Coordinator

Rhiannon, a native to the Huntsville area, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Alabama. Rhiannon brings many years of public relations to her position at The Commons, having worked in customer service positions since high school. Rhiannon brings a passion of enriching the lives of our members at The Commons, by offering greater experiences and opportunities to them. Aside from the love she has for those she helps, Rhiannon loves and adores her husband; Spencer, and her sons; Aiden and Jack.

April Davis

Managing Director

Formerly the Managing Director of Country Cottage in Corinth, April brings over fifteen years of experience working with residents in their Cottage home. She has worked in the Cottage in a variety of roles, giving her a unique perspective and a true understanding of what challenges our seniors and their families face. She even tailored her college education specifically to her role caring for residents at the Cottage.
As Managing Director, April loves helping Huntsville families find the right solution when it comes to caring for their older loved ones. “This is so exciting for me,” says April “Huntsville is such a great city, and I am looking forward to helping the families in this community!” April Davis was born in Booneville, Mississippi, and grew up in Corinth with two sisters, her twin Amanda, and Melissa. In 2011 she moved to Huntsville, AL with her two children, Alyssa and Jackson. We are so happy to have April in our Cottage family and are so proud of her success!

 

The Commons offers a recreation program designed around the members’ interests. This program is called Commons Happenings and includes a variety of events and activities to enjoy, including the Young at Heart Travel Club, monthly potluck dinners, family night events, and Commons Partners hosted events. Members can contact the Member Services Director if they would like to see an activity added to the

Service Choices

Because we want the cost of your new home at The Commons to fit your financial plan, we offer four lease options. You can choose a month-to-month plan or choose a one, two, or five year lease at a lower rate. You have the opportunity to increase the length of your lease agreement at any time during your membership.
